Located in an exclusive residential area in central Denver, the 70-room Georgian mansion features fine art and historic period furnishings. The Tennis Pavilion includes an expansive indoor atrium with a vaulted glass ceiling and a beautiful outside courtyard nestled under an exquisite canopy of trees.

The Phipps estate is the perfect setting for indoor and outdoor events ranging from weddings to corporate and non-profit events. All clients may choose from a list of Denver’s top caterers, including DU’s onsite food service provider, Phipps Catering. Phipps Catering offers customized menus, an experienced staff, and outstanding customer service.
