What makes a wedding perfect? Most couples agree that the actual place where they exchange their vows is the single feature that makes a wedding perfect. For almost one hundred years, Our Lady of Loretto Chapel has hosted weddings for the Denver community.
Designated as a historic landmark, crowning the spacious Colorado Heights University campus, on the highest point in metro Denver, the chapel is a wonder of old world style, in the heart of modern Denver. The chapel boasts twenty-three beautiful stained glass windows, a glorious 1923 pipe organ in the balcony, a grand piano near the altar and seating for 200 people.
The courtyard is enhanced with towering cottonwood trees, which give way to magnificent views of the Rocky Mountains and a panorama of the Denver skyline. A short walk from the chapel through the courtyard is the reception facilities. The main dining room in Machebeuf Hall has an unforgettable view of the Front Range and can accommodate up to 300 guests for a party that you will never forget. The guest dining room offers a setting for parties of 40 or less to eat and toast the new couple for a reception or rehearsal dinner.
The chapel itself, as well as, the campus, is filled with spectacular photo opportunities, assuring you and your guests many opportunities to capture those perfect memories.
Our Lady of Loretto Chapel offers a unique feature, the wedding cam. Should some of your family and friends be unable to attend your ceremony, they may log onto the website, allowing them to view your wedding and listen as you exchange your vows.
