Appetizer: Crab cakes with roasted red pepper aioli sauce;
chicken egg rolls with orange teriyaki dipping sauce.
Entrée: Carving station with tender roast served with
horseradish sauce and au jus; chicken breast stuffed with
spinach, sun dried tomatoes, and smoked Fontina cheese,
smothered in white cream sauce; herb roasted potatoes,
steamed vegetable medley; field of greens with choice of
dressings; and, assortment of baked breads and butter
including our house signature sticky rolls.
