A tradition of excellence for over 40 years.
A hidden treasure located on 20 acres of pristine hillside just north of Boulder, The Greenbriar Inn is the picture of Colorado antiquity. Built 135 years ago as a home, general store, and post office, the building has been transformed into two floors of elegant dining rooms with stone fireplaces, glass and porcelain chandeliers, and warm wood wainscoting. Two garden patios offer spectacular views of the foothills amidst the scent of lilac and hyacinth that even the butterflies can’t resist.
Determined not to allow its beauty to steal the show, the owner of The Greenbriar Inn has developed a wine cellar with over 1300 wine selections to choose from, recognized for over 10 years by The Wine Spectator Magazine as “one of the Best Restaurants in the World for people who love wine.”
Just as passionate about food, the menu features traditional favorites as well as more adventurous fare served by a professional and friendly staff. Please see the website for complete menu listings.
Whether a party of 350 or an intimate gathering of 10, you can be certain your guests will be impressed by the classic charm of The Greenbriar Inn.
Extensive wine list–over 1,300 wine selections.
Winner of the 2007 Wine Spectator “Best of Award of Excellence.”
