With over 12,000 square feet of event space, the Drake Centre is suited to your every need from intimate gatherings to the grand ballroom for elegant receptions. Their experienced chefs not only prepare excellent food, but also create the ambiance you want for your event with appropriate food presentation and décor. All Occasions Catering is the exclusive caterer to the Drake Centre and comes with over 16 years of experience in catering. Owners Paul and Nenita Pellegrino both had extensive experience prior to coming to Fort Collins in the resort hotel industry.

  They offer complimentary tastings every four to six weeks to give couples the opportunity to not only taste the delicious, beautifully served culinary offerings, but also to meet and talk with their event planners, chefs and facility staff members to ask questions they might have about their services.
