The Great Escape!
The Lost Dutchman Resort is the perfect mountain escape for an outdoor wedding ceremony by lakeside and an indoor reception. Between the breath-taking scenery and peaceful atmosphere, you and your guests will enjoy a day that you will remember forever.
Developed in 1940, the Lost Dutchman Resort is a historic private fishing resort on 480 lush acres. Your wedding guests may fish in Bear Lake, one of the fifteen stocked fishing lakes located right next to the Wedding Pavilion.
The Pavilion was built to resemble an old mine and has 30-foot tall wooden ceilings with 30-foot tall barnyard style doors that slide open to expose the magnificent amphitheater surrounded by rich colorful forest.
The Pavilion has an indoor waterfall and state-of-the-art sound equipment, including a 14-foot video screen to show your personal wedding video. Tables, chairs, linens, glassware and flatware are all included. There are also charming cabins on the property available for you and your bridal party and immediate family members. Let the experienced staff at Lost Dutchman help you create your perfect event! Based on bride and groom feedback, the Lost Dutchman Resort is the best at what they do.
The Resort is located just 30 miles west of Colorado Springs with a world-class airport an hour away for easy access for your out of town guests.
