The Gatehouse is a country estate set among enormous trees wrapped in lights, historic barns, gardens and a pavilion with pond, fountain and sound system - perfect for an outside ceremony. Ideal for groups from 100 to 500+, with formal seating for up to 370 in the main ballroom. The facility is appointed with antique stained-glass windows, a Victorian staircase, antique German paneling, fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, a 25-foot copper bar, dance floor and a separate room for larger buffets or a children’s area.

Clients are given the flexibility to hire any caterer of their choice, or do the food themselves using Lionsgate’s professional wait staff.

Base prices start at $1000 and include unlimited:
