Floral Decorators

WEDDING FLOWERS are a reflection of you... the selection process should begin four to six months in advance.

That’s why it is important to interview several florists before choosing one. Viewing each florist’s work beforehand will help you determine who can best accommodate your desired floral needs. You should meet with your florist four to six months in advance.
To better help him/her meet your needs create an idea file of different arrangements and flowers you like. Also have a list ready of everyone who will be requiring flowers for the wedding. This list should include such people as attendants, groomsmen, parents, etc.

In the planning section of this magazine, you can write-in floral estimates, and plan for the individual flower elements such
as corsages and boutonnieres. When choosing your flowers there are several things to consider:
  • What style of wedding and reception are you having?
  • What style of gown are you wearing?
  • What season and time of day is your wedding?
  • What is your color scheme?
  • What is your budget?
